Interchangeable Head — Single Channel

Our standard single-channel heads offer maximum flexibility and precision — tailored to your individual requirements. Whether 20 µl or 250 µl: our single-channel interchangeable heads can be designed for different dispensing volumes. They also enable automated removal of tips from the 96-well rack, which further contributes to process efficiency. We offer standard interchangeable heads or customize the cone to your requirements: All robot-compatible tip types are possible. Interchangeable Head — Multi-channel

Efficient automation is now even easier with our multi-channel interchangeable heads. Just like with our single-channel interchangeable heads, we adapt the cone for the desired pipette tips and dispensing volumes. Interchangeable Heads — Special Solutions

Our special solutions offer maximum flexibility for demanding applications. Interchangeable heads with cross-flush connections enable efficient cleaning and prevent cross-contamination. High-volume heads process up to 5000µl of liquid per dispensing cycle, thus expanding the range of possible applications. Steel needle interchangeable heads are available for special requirements.

StaMP – Stackable Modular Pipetting Unit

Our modular standalone pipetting unit with an 18 mm grid offers maximum flexibility for individual laboratory requirements. Thanks to the stackable individual heads, stacks of any size can be created, while the variable length of the internal Z-axis allows for optimal adjustment. A decoupled tip ejector with integrated sensor ensures reliable tip pick-up and disposal. The integrated LLD (Liquid Level Detection) function guarantees precise liquid detection with conductive tips.

The unit is compatible with a wide range of disposable pipette tips up to 5 ml and also offers interchangeable glass bulbs (5 ml, 2.5 ml, 1 ml) for a wide variety of applications. User-friendly status indicators facilitate manual operation and make the pipette unit a powerful solution for precise liquid handling.

KK30 Piston Pump

The KK30 piston pump sets new standards in precision and efficiency. Thanks to state-of-the-art solenoid valves, it offers a higher switching speed and a significantly longer service life than conventional pumps with rotary valves. Its fluidic behavior is optimized to ensure reliable dosing results. With variable dosing volumes from 25 µl to 1 ml and a servo-motor piston stroke of 30 mm, it combines flexibility with a particularly compact design.

A cascade of eight KK30 pumps measures just 235 mm in width, enabling space-saving integration. High-quality components ensure maximum dosing precision, while intuitive control with simplified commands enables seamless integration into existing laboratory systems.

MPP: Mini Pipetting Platform

Everything laboratories need for liquid handling in one compact product. The MPP is a high-precision, customizable OEM solution for automated sample preparation of reagents in microtiter plates, for example, and it comes in the size of a shoebox! True to the motto: “Laboratory space is expensive!” our mini pipetting platform relies on robust and, above all, small kinematics that take up only minimal space in relation to the working area. Manufactured in accordance with ISO standards, it impresses with low-friction axis systems, high-quality control technology, and versatile adaptability. This adaptability is already evident in the use of the liquid handling modules, i.e., our pipetting units.

Thanks to our interchangeable flange system, our single- and multi-channel systems can be used flexibly in the MPP without the need for additional adjustments. In addition to piston pipette systems, the MPP can also be converted for use with steel needle systems. All you need is a suitable pump, such as our KK30, which is fully compatible! We are also happy to adapt the MPP to a pump of your choice and integrate it into the workflow. The modular work deck can be configured as required with 96, 384, or 1536 MTP slots and holders for various tubes.

Additional automation options such as washing stations, temperature adapters, magnetic bead stations, or detection units enable seamless integration into existing laboratory processes. Thanks to expandable peripherals with stacker, gripper, and conveyor systems, the MPP easily adapts to any laboratory routine and optimizes the workflow from sample preparation to analysis. Mix & Match

The next small step toward automating your liquid handling processes. Our Mix & Match system is characterized by its versatility. Thanks to the H-portal with two separate XZ axes, the system has virtually no limits. Any gripping and liquid handling systems can be attached to the Z axes and combined with each other to suit your process. The integrated tray drive systems, which can be adjusted in width, also offer many possibilities for customization.

Do you only need one tray drive system, or none at all? That's no problem either! Do you need a large number of reservoirs and pipette tips? There is space below the tray drive for a sample carousel, which can also be adapted to your needs. With 2x2 storage spaces in SBS format and 6-8 individual tube racks on the edge, even more complex processes are possible. CyberCube

The CyberCube is our answer to your B2C business. The CyberCube is a modifiable pipetting station for your laboratory automation. Based on our CLiCK axis system, the CyberCube can be adapted to a wide range of requirements in a time- and cost-efficient manner. These adaptations can include, for example, the type of portal (cantilever, double-sided, hanging, standing), the number and type of guide rails (low-cost profile slide rails to high-end ball-bearing linear guides), the number and dimensions of the carriages, and the type of drive.

This means that the CyberCube can be adapted to your requirements not only functionally but also commercially. Thanks to the use of the CLiCK axis system, the CyberCube is fully compatible with all our liquid handling modules and add-ons. The system is offered as an OEM product and requires your individual branding.
