1. Inquiry

2. Requirements Analysis and Concept
First, we work with you to determine the exact requirements for the electronics, then structure and review them. These requirements are recorded in the specifications. Based on these specifications, we create a functional specification in which we describe how the requirements will be implemented using the electronics. We then create the concept for the necessary hardware and software. If your product requires certification, for example due to special regulatory requirements, we take this into account in the concept and carry out development and production in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485. 3. Hardware Development and Circuit Board Layout
Now the electronics development begins. First, the layout of the circuit board is determined by dividing it into functional blocks and selecting suitable components. The housing is also designed at this stage, and the requirements for the later housing or device connection are taken into account.
4. Software Development
Once the hardware has been developed, we develop the firmware required for control purposes. We program the control software directly on the microcontroller or laboratory device and ensure that all commands are transmitted precisely to the hardware.
5. Prototypes and Test Phase
We create a prototype based on your specifications. This prototype is used to test and finalize the functions and design using ISO-compliant verification and validation. In this phase, certain components can be produced using 3D printing to test their positioning and dimensions before the actual components are positioned and wired. It is also possible to produce a pre-series or series sample—if the samples pass all tests, the electronics can go into series production. If, in exceptional cases, you require comprehensive EMC testing to ensure that all components are electromagnetically compatible with each other, please do not hesitate to contact us.
6. Series Production
The developed electronics are produced in high quality in series and made available in the desired quantity—for example, in medium or small series.
7. Quality Assurance
As part of our ISO 9001 and ISO 13485-compliant quality assurance, we carry out visual inspections and functional tests to ensure that only fault-free assemblies, components, and systems are delivered.
8. After-Sales Services
